We purchased our retirement home from them, and we could not be happier. The customer service was excellent and so was the build quality. The construction manager was excellent and we were happy with every step of the process. We purchase near the end of covid, and they still got it right.
Whatever we had an issue with they fixed.
We moved from another retirement community that was horrible, and Pulte homes was a huge difference for the better.
